  • Preparing accounts and tax returns administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
  • Auditing financial information
  • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
  • Analysing accounts and business plans
  • Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
  • Financial forecasting and risk analysis
  • Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organisations
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Deal with client/referred employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist in the recruitment processes in sourcing candidates and update.
