Our Client

Our Client in the advertising industry is looking for a young, vibrant and dynamic Admin/Office manager. The preferred Candidate will be responsible for organizing and Co-ordinating administration duties and office procedures. He/She will also create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.   

Job Description

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Supervise and organize personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience in Office/Staff management
  • Must possess a minimum of BS.c
  • Must be knowledgeable about trends in the advertising sector.
  • Must have an analytical mind, strong communication skills and be proficient in problem analysis and solving.
