Description / Responsibilities
- Fixed asset management, the company’s fixed assets registration, bookkeeping, and regular inventory.
- Warehouse management: the storage, use and daily management of company office supplies, low-value consumables and cleaning supplies.
- Regularly collect employee feedback on office environment issues.
Recruitment Ability / Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiar with daily office software such as Excel, Word, PPT.
- Received relevant training courses on administrative management, public relations, asset management, etc.
- More than 1 year of work experience.
- Have a sense of responsibility, a sense of teamwork, and dedication.
