Title: Administrative Officer | Location: Abuja (FCT) | THS Advantage Limited


  • We are looking to employ an Administrative Officer to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the company.
  • He/she will handle administrative tasks such as developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system; scheduling meetings; preparing and typing reports and other administrative / communication materials; answering telephone calls; managing inventory; maintaining company records and welcoming visitors and clients.


  • Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative / Clerical experience.
  • Full comprehension of Office Management systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Power Point / Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
