- Daily reconciliation of production and supply chain activities
- Preparing error-free invoices for works done and following up on key offices to ensure prompt payment
- Maintaining electronic and physical records of Operatives for ease of payment of salaries and statutory remittance
- Ensuring availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Operatives
- Daily review of attendance register to ensure that shift plans are adhered to and Operatives do not exceed approved work hours.
- General office administrative functions such as maintenance of first aid kit, supply of office materials, etc.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum of OND in any field
- 1 to 2 years of work experience as an Administration Officer.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with little or no supervision
- Attention to details and ability to proffer solutions to issues on the spot.
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
