Program Executive

Location: Ibadan – Oyo

Job Description
Include but not limited to the following:

  • Development of curriculum for a wide range of academic and professional programs
  • Preparation of learning materials for training courses
  • Coordinating the effective delivery of training programs
  • Manage daily engagements with students and participants on the institute’s programs
  • Onboard participants on the various programs of the institute
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve the efficiency of the institute’s programs
  • Prepare performance reports periodically and report to senior management
  • Research, develop and manage programs regularly based on identified market gaps

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong research and program development skills
  • Strong digital literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Experience or certification in program or project management is an advantage
  • Strong drive for achieving top goals
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Job Description

  • Development and execution of the institute’s marketing activities on all digital and social media platforms
  • Generating quality leads for programs and products using precise digital tools and strategies
  • Follow-up and Converting leads into viable clients
  • Maintain active digital presence for the institute through regular development and posting of engaging contents
  • Develop scripts and produce video promotional materials for digital usage
  • Analyze web metrics and use the analytics in building web presence
  • Use SEO in improving the accessibility and visibility
  • Develop CRM Strategies for different promotional campaigns of the institute
  • Analyze and manage budgets for pay per click campaigns with optimal performance
  • Create professional and engaging videos and animations for commercial purposes
  • Create contents that engage, inform and captivate client community

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience or Training in Digital Marketing is compulsory
  • Advanced understanding in the usage of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram LinkedIn and Google+ for commercial campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of MailChimp for email marketing as well as SEO, Hootsuite, WordPress and other digital marketing tools
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics took such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends e.t.c.
  • Ability to work under pressure and combine multiple projects with optimal performance
