Job Description

  • We are looking for a Female HR manager.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience in HR for a recruitment agency.
  • The successful candidate will take ownership of HR matters across the company’s clients from recruitment to performance reviews, learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out the necessary documentation

Loan Recovery Officer

Duties

  • Call company’s clients on loan and help in the repayment process.
  • Clear all payment on dashboard after repayment has been made by his client.
  • Follow up on all offline payments made by clients to clear debt.

Qualification

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE qualification.
  • Maximum of 30 years of age
  • NYSC can apply provided they are willing to work on a Sunday from 12pm – 5:30pm to cover for their off during the weekdays for CDS.

Working Hours and Time

  • Resumption Time is 9am – 5:30pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
  • Legal or Financial major, with at least three (3) years working experience in Microfinance banks, or a loan company
  • Not less than 8 years work experience in total.
  • Experience in application, maintenance, or acquisition of banking or financial institution licenses is a compulsory condition.
  • Strong relationship with due authority will be a priority.
  • Stable, tough, calm, cautious and attentive characteristic with teamwork spirit
