  • The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both and current customers on Snapchat & FoxPush in Nigeria in order to aid customers in their success using our product.
  • This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform.
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
    Create, implement innovative strategies  for  business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
    In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Creative ability with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Experience in managing previous digital account.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
  • Paid Ads experience and Social Media Savvy.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Job Title: Settlement Officer | Alan & Grant | Job type: Full time | Location: Victoria Island, Lagos | Industry: IT Services

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will facilitate treasury settlements, cash flow management and electronic funds transfer (EFT) functions in a prompt and efficient manner which are critical to the operational running of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Timely processing of payment and settlements, providing best client services possible to ensure satisfactory delivery for the company’s clients
  • Maintain a complete and current database of settlement details with approved counterparties.
  • Support the line manager in ensuring that all colleagues in the team are fully cross trained and that all processes are adequate and well documented
  • Be the key point of client contact and accountable to help address clients” requests
  • Assist with projects related to the continuous improvement of the Function.
  • Work in close conjunction with the operational team and other internal functions to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer
  • Monitor and facilitate successful trade settlements through all systems and tools available
  • Support the maintenance of the Function’s Policies and Procedures.
  • Contribute to operational risk management in the day-to-day job activities.
  • Where required, assist with all inbound and outbound payment transactions so that they are duly input and verified in accordance with customers’ authorized signature, account balance and compliance
  • Release payments onto the system within allocated limit

  • Performs all the relevant checks according the Financial Crime Prevention Policy

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc in Banking and Finance or other related courses.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years working experience in a Fintech organization or related field
  • Demonstrate awareness of standard business practices and an ability to quickly understand the business and Payments Processing
  • Fundamental experience in the Front to Back Office process flow for all Treasury Operations  settlement including Securities
  • Experience of assisting in implementation of changes to systems, processes and procedures will be an advantage
  • Excellent understanding of the Securities sphere: Bonds, T Bills in terms of processing and settlement.
  • Have a strong focus on continual learning and application of Regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional skills in financial policies and settlement.

  • Minimum of 10 years or progressive leadership experience in Human Resources

Required Competencies:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager with at least 4 years in a leadership position
  • Broad knowledge and experience in the full HR Value Chain
  • Proven ability to implement HR strategy and interact effectively with Executive Management and the Board
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics, HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
