Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of processes and their improvements, including supporting officers in charge of the different process tasks;
  • Review existing processes, propose improvements and identify new processes to be developed;
  • Support the assessment of how the department is meeting key performance indicators;
  • Document, maintain, update procedures and policies and monitor their implementation;
  • Lead and manage the gathering of business requirements and engage key resources in identifying, developing and implementing new processes and reporting capabilities
  • Coordinate and support in the development of documentation, testing and training related to process management activities
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to continuously improve the quality of data management processes and systems
  • Generate and maintain process flow charts, standard operating procedures (SOP), and other documents to support current state, and end-to-end process understanding.
  • Serve as a change leader by demonstrating change positive cultural behaviors that align to the organization’s core values, embrace process improvement, optimization, and automation, target enhanced productivity, quality, and delivery of our services and programs.
  • Promote consistent, efficient, and effective operational evaluation and improvement practices by creating standards of work, defining and sharing best practices, and collaborating with team members, and leadership to measure and monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for optimization and/ or automation
  • In alignment with company’s strategic commitment and priorities, identify critical areas of performance improvement needs and collaborate on business case preparation for the proposed change(s).
  • Responsible for the general operations of the office.

Requirements

  • First Degree in related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2+ years business experience in project management, financial services or fintech industries.

Salary

Frontend Developer

Job Description

  • Our client is looking for a front-end developer with great UI/UX skills.
  • Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance.
  • You will work in a team with the back-end developer, and communicate using standard methods. A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure is required.

Requirements

POS Deployment Officer



Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all terminals assigned for deployment are promptly and professionally delivered to customers within agreed SLAs, with evidence of duly completed deployment forms.
  • Ensure all POS terminals have a clear Customer Hotline sticker to report any support related incidents.
  • Promote to customers the Hotline timely resolution of all customer requests or queries.
  • Adhere daily to the uploaded roadmap on POS data system for customer visitation within the route; Upload all merchant visitation report through the authorized channel(s)
  • Ensure he/she visits and supports all assigned merchants every month and ensures their POS terminals are working satisfactorily 24/7 in line with agreed Bank SLAs (Minimum 85% Active ratio)
  • Ensure prompt resolution of all escalated incidents from Regional Support Supervisor/Relationship Officers/Contact Center with detailed resolution feedback and Test Transaction Receipt (TTR)
  • Liaise with the Regional Support supervisor and Business Development Management team to drive re-activation of inactive terminals in the assigned route and to improve the ratio of Deployed vs. Active terminals
  • Ensure the retrieval/replacement of faulty terminals as approved by the Bank/ Regional Support Supervisor and that each terminal retrieval form is duly completed and acknowledged by the customer

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 2+ years business experience in financial services or fintech industries.
  • Must be able to drive a motorcycle
  • Must have a valid riders permit
  • Must be conversant with island roads and its environs
  • Must have a working android phone.

Salary
N45,000 – N60,000 monthly.
