Architectural Engineer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines. Establishing project goals.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- A Professional Engineering licences(NIE OR ARCON).
- Professional Qualifications
- Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
- The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided draughting.
- Good team working and communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.
- Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
Work Experience:
- Over 4 years experience as Architectural Engineer in a reputable construction company and must be NIE or ARCON certified for eligibility, Special Skills / Attributes required for the Job:
- A good knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
- A good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and project planning tools are required.
- A good knowledge of Engineering project planning software is required.
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 / month.
