Job Description
- Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
- Facilitating arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
- Inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales.
- Acting as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to broker property deals.
- Providing periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
- Conducting surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
- Proffering recommendations to buyers and usually refer them to property consultants who provide legal or mortgage services.
- Maintain contact with clients in order to discuss future business opportunities and also to ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals.
- Develop and implement strategies effective for achieving set targets.
- Monitors the property market to identify clients looking to purchase or sell a property and convince them to secure a brokering deal.
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Estate Management
- Minimum of 3 years experience

Role Description
- The Accounting Officer is part of a team that administers the efficient and effective operation of all financial aspects of the Banksome Group’s development, sales, and marketing operations. The focus of this role is to handle the day to day processing of procurement transactions (purchases of services) from suppliers
Key Responsibilities
- Learn, develop and maintain expertise in the operation of the relevant entities in Banksome and their expenses processing systems.
- Gain understanding of all relevant policies, procedures and internal controls for procurement and expenses and comply with these at all times.
- Set up vendor (supplier) accounts.
- Process purchase requisitions, invoices, expenses claims and other expenditure source documents including appropriate coding of transactions to the chart of accounts.
- Liaise with transaction approvers to ensure there are no delays in obtaining approvals for purchase requisitions.
- Liaise with colleagues at all locations to answer queries in relation to the status of procurement and expenses transactions.
- Ensures month-end closing timelines are followed and managed effectively.
- Performs regular ad hoc report as requested by Account Manager
- Prepare Pension schedules
