Responsibilities
Purchasing Management:

  • Ensuring the preparation of purchasing processes
  • Manage purchase order
  • Setting up and updating purchase records
  • Purchase general supplies for Baobab+ activity
  • Develop and manage supplier relationship to assure consistent quality and cost control
  • Negotiate prices, delivery times, etc.

Supply Chain Management:

  • Delivering of goods to local stock points
  • Manage inventory

Fleet Management and General Resources:

  • Car fleet management and general resources
  • Follow up on maintenance, technical services and repairs (update logbook)
  • Manage the registration and insurance for each vehicle
  • Update vehicle tracking dashboard
  • Checking fuel consumption
  • Manage office supplies
  • Provide support for maintenance work on the premise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 – 5 years of work experience.

Sales:
