Role Overview

  • We require an experienced Store manager who will be responsible for creating business strategies that will help attract new customers, build store traffic and enhance profitability.
  • This individual will need to monitor inventory levels and order new items.
  • This role is for individuals who are passionate about personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service to ensure hight levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives.
  • Train and mentor staff.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
  • Attend workshops and conferences when requested
  • Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
  • Manage store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

Role Overview

  • We require an experienced Social Media Handler who will be responsible for the handling of the brand social media pages such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
  • This individual will set brand targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • This role is for individuals who are passionate about personal and professional growth.

Requirements
In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to have:

  • Proven experience in Social Media management.
  • Ability to adapt content to suit different channels i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Ability to develop and implement a routine to generate, edit publish/share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Attend workshops and conferences when requested
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and phone calls
  • A firm understanding of marketing principles
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams like marketing sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Ability to form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Ability to analyse competitor activity
