  • We are searching for sales representatives to join our highly dynamic and motivated sales force to cover Lagos, Abuja and Port-Harcourt Territories! Our company is looking for sales representatives to be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales & strategic goals, in line with company policies. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential partners & schools.
  • In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
  • You will work as an important contributor in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment. Your key emphasizes will be spreading the BrightHAT’s unique way of learning in the city/territory or to prospects assigned to you. You will work closely with our sales and tutor operations teams to ensure a positive experience for our prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Accomplish product sales targets
  • Prospect for new customers and accounts, make regular calls, handle objections, obtain learning needs or requirements, close sales and enter orders.
  • Train channel partners, handle complaints, distribute marketing communication literature.
  • Prepare written proposals
  • Provide product demonstrations to prospective parents, channel partners & accounts.
  • Submit reports on market trends, pipeline, competitive activity, lost orders, plan to develop new products, plan territory and arrange call patterns.
  • Attend sales meetings, man exhibition stands when necessary.
  • Advise and train customers and users
  • Ensure satisfactory customer care, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate sales closing and any-necessary follow-up, including paperwork.
  • Keep up to date on product developments and market trends allied to our business.

Qualifications

Job Title: Educational Partnerships Manager | BrightHAT | Location: Ibadan, Oyo | Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • Brighthat is searching for an Educational Partnerships Manager to join our newly created institutional sales team! The Manager will be a critical part of expanding Brighthat’s K-12 institutional business.
  • Manager will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers at the school (primary and secondary) level, promotional channel partners (bookshops, market place malls, religious organisations, radio, and tv media etc.) in addition to selling Brighthat’s suite of products to bring live learning solutions to students national wide.
  • The manager will be well-versed in the K-12 education landscape in Nigeria, including funding, state initiatives, demographics, and the procurement process for K-12 schools, which will help inform their overall sales strategy.
  • You will use a process-driven approach to drive organic growth of the K-12 business and will be adaptive to developing new procurement strategies in the K-12 market nationwide. This is a national territory coverage, allowing the Manager to drive business across the K-12 institution market.
  • The individual in this role needs to exhibit a high level of professionalism and have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Manager of Educational Partnerships will be an advocate for Brighthat, its brand, and its suite of learning products and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and manages a sales pipeline with schools to drive organic growth of the K-12 business
  • Builds and manages promotional partnership with channel partners to create awareness and develop new channels for product distribution and drive organic growth of the K-12 business
  • Develops and executes a prospecting strategy that sources new business opportunities through cold calling, client referrals, emails, and networking
  • Maintains expertise in product knowledge of Brighthat’s product suite, the educational industry, and factors influencing the market environment
  • Engages key stakeholders using effective consultative techniques including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies that lead to winning business
  • Conducts consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs, highlight Brighthat’s differentiators and provide product recommendations that meet the needs of school clients.
  • Drives sales quickly to a close within the education system using a process-driven procurement process
  • Understands the K-12 procurement process and accurately forecasts upcoming customer activity to sales leadership and executive team.
  • Uses the CRM to accurately track customer-related activities, communication, market data, and critical issues
  • Achieves key success metrics and goals.
  • Collaborates with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and facilitate a successful customer experience.
  • Gathers customer feedback to understand the customer experience deeply and shares learnings to inform the field sales team, go to market strategy and product enhancements.

Job Title: Tutor – English Language (UTME, WAEC, IGCSE, GCE) and Mathematics (Primary 1 – 6 or Grades 1 – 5 Level) | Location: Nationwide

About the Role

  • We are looking for English Language (WAEC, NECO, GCE, UTME and IGCSE) and Mathematics (Primary School Level ONLY) tutors who are passionate about imparting knowledge in ways that promote students’ understanding and achievement of their learning goals.
  • The tutor will be a subject matter expert in teaching these subjects and has a proven record of excellent lesson delivery that has helped learners improve their interest in the subject with a improve outcomes in WAEC, NECO, GCE, UTME / JAMB and IGCSE.
  • We only work with vetted tutors who have successfully gone through a carefully designed 5- Step Assessment Process.
  • Successful tutors will be taken through the BrightHat Training and Certification Program to teach students online globally.
  • We recommend you only apply if you are available 4pm – 8pm on weekdays and 10am – 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and small group online sessions for students nationwide.
  • Prepare students for WAEC, NECO, GCE, UTME/JAMB and IGCSE examinations for English tutors.
  • Support students struggling with Grades 1 – 6 mathematics in Primary school for Mathematics tutors.
  • Guide students to improve on their learning gaps over multiple communication channels.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plan to address the need of learners, teaching them online.
  • Give career and entrance examination related guidance to students.
  • Understand the learning deficiencies while interacting with the students and put them to use while creating lesson plans, activities etc
  • Ability to assess students as well as themselves (self-reflection of teaching practices)
  • Ability to create lesson plans and deliver the lessons while engaging students to achieve the planned lesson goals.
  • Analyze and assess student performance to determine ways instructional approaches need to be changed or modified to ensure student success.
  • Review diagnostics test results for new learners to develop learning goals and appropriate courses that will help attain those goals. Communicate same in a report to the academic coordinator.
  • Provide answers to students’ questions.

Qualifications and Additional Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Literature in English or English Language disciplines.
  • Master in Education is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in a reputable school with proven evidence ofhelping to students to improve outcomes in local and international examinations.
  • Experience teaching IGCSE / A LEVELS, SAT, WASSCE / NECO, JAMB curriculum for English tutors and National Common entrance into secondary schools for Mathematics tutors.
  • Possess a personal computer that is in good shape, well charged with microphone and webcam / camera is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Internet browsers
  • You need to bring a creative and analytical approach to this position.
  • Detail-oriented critical thinkers with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work in groups and demonstrate leadership skills are important.
