Job Summary

  • Candidates would oversee the sales process and attract new clients, work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of Consultants Network,
  • Marketing & Sales
  • Management of Social media
  • Prepare sales and marketing documentation
  • Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Take prospective buyers for property viewings and inspections.
  • Content development
  • Prompt and detailed response to client and consultants Inquiries / requests
  • Responding to telephone Inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Scheduling inspections with clients with care consideration of location, time and availability.
  • Financial Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: B.Sc post NYSC
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the same role but preferably in Real Estate.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication and marketing skills
  • Age: 23 to 26 years.
