Job Description

  • Work with the sales team to develop and achieve targeted sales strategies.
  • Meet potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
  • Ensure that all monthly or quarterly Sales Target given is achieved
  • Answering customers queries about the different product specifications.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports weekly and as directed.
  • Generating new business leads to increase market share.
  • Acquiring and developing new business accounts / customers and distributors
  • Provide Quick and timely responses to our customers
  • Regularly review sales data and performance and create reports on same.
  • Attract customers and create customer loyalty
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future orders

Qualification / Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2 – 5 years experience as a sales executive in FMCG required
  • High-level communication and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • Meeting sales targets with strong passion for sales.
  • Cooperation and team working skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to cope well under pressure.

Van Sales Representative



Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Driving a van and selling products to customers.
  • Taking, delivering purchase orders and informing existing customers of new products.
  • Preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
  • Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas and oil levels.
  • Accounting for the safe and timely delivery of purchased products.
  • Maintaining sales and delivery records.
  • Develop means to meeting sales targets.

Qualification / Skills

  • A Degree in any discipline, OND
  • 2 – 5 years of experience as a van salesman in FMCG required,
  • Ability to assume responsibility for the delivery van and the products.
  • Experience in recordkeeping and managing sales contracts.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must have good driving Skills and knowledge of Lagos roads and its regulations
  • Working knowledge of basic van maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours.
