Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Oregun – Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Build relationship with clients in order to convince them to engage company services
  • Handle questions or requests
  • Set up equipment or show clients how to use the branded merchandise supplied
  • Generating sales leads and attending to assigned leads
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices
  • Contact assigned leads through phone, email and/or direct mail according to training and at the direction of management
  • Document lead activity according to training and at the direction of management
  • Use only approved marketing collateral, presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively
  • Follow all approved sales closing procedures as instructed
  • Protect and secure customer confidential information according to corporate guidelines and procedures
  • Achieve established performance guidelines within established time frame
  • Provide customer service to existing and new leads at the direction of management

Key Attributes / Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

  • B.Sc Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing in the area of Merchandising and branding or FMCG would be an advantage
  • Very good spoken and written communication
  • Amiable personality
  • Basic computer and reporting skills (will be an added advantage)
  • Pleasant personality, smart, intelligent with an eye for details

Preference(Gender):

  • Female.

Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management.
  • To ensure success as a personal assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills, intuitive to the needs of the managers and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.

Account Officer

Location: Oregun – Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate daily data posting
  • Stock control (checking physical vs registered)
  • Prepare and review tax-related reports
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports and budgets and stick to schedules
  • Follow up on receivables with the clients’ payments and sales team
  • Maintaining company financial records and filing system
  • Adhere to company’s rules and regulations on expenditure
  • Banks, suppliers and client’s reconciliation
  • Check modifications and adjustments done and report any fraud
  • Review Assets’ value and depreciation postings.
