- Handle customer enquiries via telephone
- Ensure that calls are handled professionally and manage the length of calls.
- Provide customers with needed information and support
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services of the organisation
- Gather information from customers.
- Adhere to call script and call centre policies.
- Candidates with OND, ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess 0-2 years work experience.
