Job Description

  • We are seking to hire an experienced training officer who will support the overall deployment of training programs to our partners.
  • The training officer will research, develop and provide quality assurance on all training exercises, coordinate training schedules, and evaluate applicable outside training resources.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze our partner’s training needs, research, and develop a suitable curriculum.
  • Researching, planning, organizing, and conducting training programs, seminars, and webinars for our clients, employees, and partners.
  • Work with the employees and managers to develop specific training that meets the training needs.
  • Providing quality assurance on all training exercises.
  • Development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.
  • Writing materials for training programs; reviewing, evaluating, and modifying existing and proposed programs; recommending appropriate changes.

Internal Functions:
Technical:

  • Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance as it regards local IT network infrastructure, security, and backup and recovery

Operational:

  • Work with subscribers/customers to provide sustainable solutions to their data needs
  • Liaise and work effectively with your peers across all departments and at all levels within and outside CreditRegistry, to ensure a collaborative approach.
  • Regularly analyse and profile data uploaded to the credit bureau based on the defined metrics.
  • Provide oversight to ensure that all data quality issues are identified, monitored and resolved within defined SLAs
  • Provide oversight and management related to the integration and management of bureau data (for example, review for accuracy in record merge, unmerge processes)
  • Provide oversight for the development and presentation of monthly data quality reports using charts, graphs and spread sheets for internal and external clients
  • Provide oversight for design solutions to enable customers and staff flag and resolve poor quality data
  • Recommend updates to the bureau’s data specifications document to ensure high quality data is maintained
  • Remove obstacles perceived and real, that may impact the ability for the PSG team to perform their work in supporting our subscribers
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

External Functions:

  • Direct and organize IT-related projects.
  • Assess and document technical requirements aligning customer needs with our products & services.
  • Design service delivery methods that scale and improve customer experience considering strategy, training, implementation, support and expense management.
  • Oversee implementation projects for and existing bureau solutions from concept to maintenance.
  • Design and present technology demonstrations both on-site and via webinars.

Job Description
Carryout Strategic Planning:

  • Define the strategic direction of the HR function and develop HR strategies aligned to the overall strategic direction of the company, conduct salary surveys and propose compensation plans as well as drive manpower planning processes to ensure all resource requirements are based on periodic business plans and are justified vis-à-vis revenues and growth estimates.

Ensure Effective HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop best practice HR policies and procedures in the organization for management and board approval, implement approved policies in a timely manner and in line with set internal controls and development and use of relevant forms for effective HR functions.
  • Support executive management to manage all change initiatives impacting staff within the company.

Lead Performance Management Activities:

  • Drive performance planning/target setting, performance monitoring and periodic performance appraisals; ensure employee performance results adequately reflect corporate and departmental performance levels and carry out stipulated measures against low performance as outlined in the HR policies and procedures.

Maintain & Manage a Competent & Satisfied Work Force:

  • Establish and maintain personnel records and reports both electronic and manual, maintain company organization chart and employee directory and manage the human resource management software in line with company IT policies.
  • Take responsibility for granting access to relevant information and documentation to employees and other approved persons and entities that may require them e.g. during audits and examinations by regulatory bodies.

Manage Relationships:

  • Work closely with the external bodies and agencies relating to HR management including but not limited to Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Tax Consultant, Auditors (both internal and external) and software vendors.

Leadership and General Management:

Job Title: Senior Accountant | Location: Lagos | CreditRegistry | October 3, 2022

Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced senior accountant to support the company’s finance team.
  • The senior accountant will carry out the preparation, compilation, measurement and disclosure of accounting information that will allow the organization make resource allocation decisions while supporting the Financial Controller by ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Maintain the books of Accounts – Maintain the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of all company transactions; review entries to the general and subsidiary ledgers to assure accuracy and compliance with the company’s and established accounting principles; control all changes to chart of accounts.
  • Take responsibility for monthly and year-end closing of the general ledger including preparation of journal entries.
  • Maintain computerized accounting system – Take responsibility for maintaining computerized accounting system including but not limited to backup control, maintenance of a log book, assisting other accounting staff with questions and printing of computer generated reports and statements.
  • Prepare financial reports – Administer preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports as well as interim, year-end and comparative financial reports.
  • Perform and provide analysis of current results to prior periods and budget.
  • Prepare required government and regulatory reports as directed by the controller and responds to inquiries as necessary.
  • Carry out bank reconciliation – Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all accounts.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced individual to join our professional services group.
  • The technical support associate will provide back end support to corporate customers while ensuring ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Provide phone and email-based technical support to customers while ensuring ticket resolution and customer satisfaction
