Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Generate new leads by telemarketing to new customers and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Work as part of the marketing team to distribute promotional materials during campaigns.
- Increase the company’s customer database.
- Possess accurate product knowledge to communicate effectively during customer enquiries.
The customer care representative should;
- Have a good command of the English language
- Be computer literate and able to use all microsoft packages as well as other mobile communication channels
- Demonstrate good telephone and email etiquette
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Possess a pleasant mien
- Reside in VI, Gbagada or environs
- Possess a minimum of OND or its equivalent and 2 years of experience in a customer service role
