Job Title: Customer Experience Representative | OVERWOOD | Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email and online chat
  • Answer inbound calls and generate outbound calls.
  • Know our products inside and out so you can resolve customer complaints and enquiries
  • Provide introductory information to new customers.
  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate queries and concerns and share lead/customer intelligence with the internal team.
  • Prepare call-related information for purposes of auditing and reporting
  • Meet customer service team targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
  • Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
  • Aim for customer resolution and return.
  • Provide after-sales service.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualifications.
