Job Title: Customer Experience Representative | OVERWOOD | Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities
- Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email and online chat
- Answer inbound calls and generate outbound calls.
- Know our products inside and out so you can resolve customer complaints and enquiries
- Provide introductory information to new customers.
- Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Escalate queries and concerns and share lead/customer intelligence with the internal team.
- Prepare call-related information for purposes of auditing and reporting
- Meet customer service team targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
- Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
- Aim for customer resolution and return.
- Provide after-sales service.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualifications.
