The Outsource Company Limited is a BPO company with an international contact center in Abuja and Lagos.
- Collecting raw data from various systems and use it in analysis that support decision making process
- Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly call reports
- Develop the MIS reports and conduct needed analysis for all operational figures.
- Conduct performance analysis and identify the causes for deviation
- Prepare special reports related to the performance reporting as requested by management team.
- Prepare call volume analysis to support headcount forecasting.
- Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
- Identify call center operational issues and suggest improvements
- Prepare operational reports and analyze data to assist and advise management
- Monitors call center performance to identify operational problems and solutions
- Candidates should possess BSc qualification with 3 – 6 years experience.
