  • We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and highly skilled individual who will have primary responsibility for managing applications for new and existing loan portfolio.

Duties, Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customer
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Update customer information in the customer service databases during and after each call
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Adhere to credit policy and other guidelines
  • Carefully analyse data and produce clear and objective reports
  • Work closely with other departments during the customer onboarding phase
  • Coordinate with other team members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Report to risk department on findings, analysis, reports that may have an adverse effect on the loan, collateral or a borrower’s ability to repay the loan
  • Ensure that all files are complete, identify any documentation deficiencies, and report to senior management and credit administration as required for timely resolution
  • Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.2
  • Successful completion of NYSC
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Outstanding customer engagement skills and a passion for creating an extraordinary customer experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a goal-oriented environment where you will be evaluated on key KPIs
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Resides in the Lekki/Ajah Axis
