Job Role/ Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaint via phone and emails
  • Multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Build a sustainable relationship through open and interactive communication
  • Handle phone contact and communicate effectively
  • Make decisions and solve problems related to logistics
  • Manage and track staffs on daily basis
  • Process customer request and keep updated customer records

Job Requirements

  • Smart and intelligent
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Minimum of a B.Sc in related courses
  • Minimum of 2-year relevant experience
  • Applicants should reside around Lekki-Ajah Axis
  • Proficient in Microsoft office softwares

N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
