Role Overview

  • The client requires a customer representative with three years of experience in the real estate sector who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 3 (Three) years proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative in a Real Estate company
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
