Job Title: Customer Success Personnel|RetailPoint Solutions Limited | Location: Abuja (FCT) | Job Type: Full Time

RetailPoint Solutions Limited provides and deploys Point of Sale – POS Machines for business using various POS Hardware & Softwares. Our products can be deployed across various retail platforms where transaction data is critical to Management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Goto Person between customers and the company as it relates to Service (Sales and Technical).
  • Provide technical support services to customers.
  • Develop and sustain customer’s loyalty.
  • Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
  • Follow up on customers inquiries.
  • Follow up and improve on boarding process on customer projects.
  • Manage our Customer Support Channels.
  • Liaise with Technical support and sales team to ensure customer’s satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A good Degree in Computer Science related discipline, Computer Engineering, Project Management or its related course from a recognized university / polytechnic.

Work Experience:

  • Candidates should have minimum two (2) years work experience in Customer success and Technical support.
