Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
- Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Escalate customer complaints/inquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
- Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
- Provide first-level technical support services.
- Monitor and maintain customer’s database.
Requirements

- Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in relevant fields
- 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Excellent Numerical and Analytic Skills.
- Must be ready to work on weekends (Saturday / Sunday including Public Holidays) off day is available.
- Must be ready to operate on shift (Morning / Night).
- Working knowledge of the computer is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
Salary
N50,000 – N55,000 Monthly.
