Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
  • Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Escalate customer complaints/inquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
  • Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
  • Provide first-level technical support services.
  • Monitor and maintain customer’s database.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in relevant fields
  • 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Excellent Numerical and Analytic Skills.
  • Must be ready to work on weekends (Saturday / Sunday including Public Holidays) off day is available.
  • Must be ready to operate on shift (Morning / Night).
  • Working knowledge of the computer is required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

Salary
N50,000 – N55,000 Monthly.
