Responsibilities
Account Receivables:

  • Prompt record/lodgment of cheques to banks and daily tracking and recording of client inflow tracking.
  • Daily application of client inflow to customer invoices on SAP.
  • Prompt resolution of client receivable query
  • Weekly reporting of unallocated inflows to the receivables Accountant.
  • Clear all customer Open items for clean-up of GL dump.

Accounts Payable:

  • Bank reconciliations – Prepare reconciliation for assigned banks and submit for approval.

  • Obtain approval for clearing and post reconciling journals in the same month.
  • Postings of all payment journals, bank charges Post payment vouchers for assigned Bank 
  • Provide input for monthly Balance sheet reconciliations for review  latest D10 of subsequent month

Work you’ll Do

  • Lead / support technical teams to architect, build, and deploy cloud solutions across public, private and hybrid cloud environments to support enterprise clients.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Architects are responsible for designing, maintaining and troubleshooting client’s infrastructure, cloud services, network, and infrastructure security. Architects will work closely with other cloud teams, project managers, engineers, and other functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cloud infrastructure design and develop detailed architecture models for the client to host test, development, and production environments
  • Plan for system and application migration(s) to the cloud, adhering to the client’s technical and business requirements
  • Develop and document technical designs for integration and implementation of new cloud applications and systems
  • Optimize cost of cloud solutions by identifying waste and automating cloud cost management
  • Lead the development of technical artifacts including Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Detailed Technical Design, Security Architecture Plan, Services Description Document, etc.
  • Communicate effectively through strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Integrate with non-cloud technologies and third-party vendor products/services
  • Assess emerging technologies, stay abreast of industry trends, and give advice on investments prices versus performance

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc., B.A., B.Eng./B.Tech., etc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper / Upper Credit division
  • Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only
  • 5+ years software or infrastructure architecture experience
  • 2+ years’ experience with micro-services architecture
  • Experience in delivery of Operations Transformation projects Certifications (Desired): Google – Professional Cloud Architect; AWS – Solutions Architect – Professional; Azure – MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure (Infrastructure Focus); VMware – VCAP/VCDX Data Center Virtualization.
