Job Description
- We need an experienced Bottle blowing Machine technician with the responsibilities below requires utmost level of expertise in Machine, blow molding, maintenance and repairs and periodic evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Monitors machine performance and quickly detect, identify faults and implement first-level troubleshooting for corrective measures.
- Trouble shooting of all Hydraulic & Pneumatic related issues.
- Inspect all machinery for defects and potential problems in accordance with the preventative maintenance program, repairing and replacing parts as required.
- Order appropriate replacement parts and fluids through the respective Department Heads.
- Fabricate equipment components using welders, milling machines, lathes, and other machine tools as required.
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in the molding department if required.
- Assist in tooling and mode changes as required by the production schedule.
- Execute lockout / tag-out procedures as required on all molding departmental equipment and facilities.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operation and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Fill reports for OEE and SPC control of the machines.
- Perform TPM (preventive maintenance of equipment), according to defined plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years cognate experience as a Bottle Blowing Machine technician in the FMCG industry
- Good communication skill
- Ability to negotiate properly with vendors
- Understanding the market value for replaceable parts.
- Good team player and paying attention to details
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.

- We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. Responsibilities
- Ensure production with Quality as per standard grades BOM.
- Maintaining process through SPC & maintain quality.
- Maintain processing parameters.

Quality Assurance Manager (Beverage Industry), Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable Quality Assurance to oversee and coordinate product testing and inspection process for beverage products, and to ensure optimal quality of final products is achieved and pre-determined standards of production are maintained
- You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and drive the implementation of the annual Quality Control Plan for the plant.
- Ensure that production quality control processes are implemented in line with agreed-upon procedures and guidelines.
- Supervise laboratory operations to ensure precision in the sample testing process for raw materials, intermediate products, final products, juice, water, etc., and the appropriate calibration of types of equipment.
- Ensure all set product quality targets are met and deviations from target quality standards are promptly identified and rectified.
- Supervise lab scientists including microbiologists and physiochemical analysts
- Liaise with process control operatives with regards to the quality control parameters for semi-finished goods
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years cognate experience in the food and beverage industry
- The ability to make considered decisions and to communicate them effectively
