Business Development Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description
- Bringing new businesses.
- Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
- Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
- Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.
- Developing and pitching new business ideas to management
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Meeting with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
- Developing a road plan and to achieve set goals or targets.
- Sending in weekly reports to management.
- Develop creative strategies to retain the clients.
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any related course of study.
- Must be knowledgeable about power generators and engines.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and business development
- Smart and articulate.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Must be living in Ajah or environs

Remuneration
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.

Procurement Specialist
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing.
- Work with internal departments to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
- Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment, material replenishment and supplier performance.
- Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance, according to an appropriate Service Level Agreement, on a continuous basis.
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and negotiating with reliable suppliers/vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Approving purchase orders, organising and confirming goods procured.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs with vendors.
- Preparing weekly procurement reports.
- Follow up on contract and licence renewal and other duties as directed by the management.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Economics, Accounting or relevant qualification
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a procurement officer.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Must live in Ajah or its environs
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
