Job Description
What you will do:

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
  • Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns and utilize staff and resources to produce quality content for execution
  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Monitor all outlets and resources for campaign impact and progress and keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
  • Meet with all new clients to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies
  • Locate and secure talent and resource before campaign launch
  • Train and groom all resources for optimum efficacy

Requirements
Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field (preferred)
  • You have Advanced Degree in related field (preferred)
  • You have 4+ year track record of participating in successful campaigns
  • You have 3+ years of management experience
  • You have xperience overseeing simultaneous campaigns
  • You have very strong interpersonal skills
  • You understand current market trends
  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills
  • You’re willing to travel domestically.

  • As the Head of Accounts, we need you to be detail-oriented to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The senior accountant’s responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations , maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

  • Surveying operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
  • Maintaining and examine the records of government agencies.

  • Advising management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principle
  • Thorough knowledge of general tax laws and remittances
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
  • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
  • Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyse large amounts of data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the entire Microsoft office Suite with high level of efficiency and accuracy.
