Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for the firm’s long and short run goals and objectives production process, consumer behaviour, competitors, market forecast, design of sales organization, recruiting and selecting salesperson, training, budgeting, compensation territory and quota design, sales analysis, developing sales approach, customer service, order processing, credit and collection, promotion, planning, organizing, coordination, motivating, evaluation and control, communication and leadership ability.
  • Responsible for managing the sales in Government/commercial sectors, developing business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence within the non-financial institutions sphere.
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales by developing the relationship through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programme plans.

Accounts Receivable Officer

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

Job Description

  • Preparation & submission of card perso invoices to Customers by 3rd Business day of every month.
  • Ensure accuracy & completeness of customers’ ledger.
  • Ensure all planned & unplanned surplus funds are invested in fixed/call deposit accounts.
  • Provide financial information for price decisions whenever required.
  • Obtaining withholding tax credit notes from customers at least once every quarter.
  • Submission of MPR report to the HOD by 4th business day of every month.
  • Provide documentation and following up with providers of debt Capital/Guarantee/Bond.
  • Submission of accurate and complete bank balances report to MD/HOD by 10am daily.
  • Submission of schedules of revenue for monthly accounts.
  • Preparation of schedules for external auditors.
  • Carry out reconciliation of customers’ accounts.
  • Invoice clients for card production whenever cards are supplied.
  • Ensure that all invoices are sent to Clients immediately after approval
  • Prepare monthly report of quantity of personalized cards invoiced.
  • Departmental Budget Savings of at least 20%.
  • Promptness of service delivery and support for other departments.

Academic Qualifications

Professional Qualification:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of order processing. This includes everything from entering new orders to inspecting shipments to managing customer satisfaction and more.
  • Work with other departments as needed and direct warehouse personnel to get shipments out.
  • Must verify all job orders and ensure it is properly requested before giving a go ahead to the team to commence operations.
  • In charge of Card manufacturing and personalization materials are well management from beginning to the end of the operations.
  • Work with the team to ensure that all required materials for the order are available and in good condition before commencement
  • Ensure that the Machine operator, QC Personnel and Packaging Staff carry out the required tasks appropriately.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Control Procedures.
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are sent to the production manager for manufacturing and personalization activities
  • Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and Information Security Policy.
  • Ensure all Electronic Payplus Limited’s resources in your possession are properly taken care of.
  • Handles all Administrative duties of the production department and must ensure that the card request and delivery forms are filed appropriately in the right locations.
  • Must ensure that all operational staff in production department comply with requirements for order management (QC and Machine Operators)
