Job Title: Assistant Manager, Production | Electronic PayPlus Limited | Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos | Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manages Manufacturing, Personalisation and mailing of various bank cards-VERVE Debit and Prepaid cards, MasterCard Credit or Debit card.
  • Ensure printing of Combo scheme cards as requested by the client.
  • Drive the achievement of PQCDSM objectives( Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale)
  • Ensure regular maintenance is carried out all Machines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the production quality objectives.
  • Prompt resolution of all customer related issues.
  • Technology research.
  • Develop bi-annual appraisal reports of staff performance.
  • Develop weekly and monthly Manufacturing and Personalisation reports.
  • Liaise with Electronic Payplus Limited’s partners and association companies as the situation requires.
  • Liaise with Delivery unit to ensure timely deliveries within stipulated time as stated in the SLA.
  • Ensure Shredding of data after successful delivery notification from the Delivery team.
  • Ensure filling of Shredded Register immediately Shredding is done.
  • Send notification of data destruction to customers immediately shredding is completed.
  • Ensure weekly meetings/trainings hold and are communicated to Production staff.
  • Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and Information Security Policy.
  • Ensure all Electronic Payplus Limited’s resources in his possession are properly taken care of.
  • Handles all Administrative duties of the production department and must ensure that the card request and delivery forms are filed appropriately in the right locations.
  • Must ensure that all production staff comply with requirements for job movement register and other document completion
  • Any other role as may be directed by the Production Manager.

Qualification / Experience

  • University Graduate or its equivalent and above
  • Most have worked in a similar environment or have worked within the card manufacturing and personalization environment for at least 5 Years.

Job Title: Head, Production | Electronic PayPlus Limited | Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos | Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct the operations of the manufacturing and production department efficiently and effectively. The Operations includes: card manufacturing, milling and embedding, personalization mailing and fulfilment
  • Liaise with foreign technical partners for new implementation and support –related matters.
  • Upgrade of the manufacturing and personalization solutions to handle any EMV card personalization as may be required.
  • Regular knowledge transfer and training of the production staff on all the production activities and processes.
  • Liaise with the card association companies (Interswitch , MasterCard and VISA) to resolve issues relating to production as may be required from time to time .
  • Prepare a daily production plan and send to the MD and IAC.
  • Prepare the monthly overtime schedule of production staff and forward to HR by the 18th day of each month.
  • Regular monitoring of clients stock of cards, manufacturing and PERSO consumables in the vault; and liaising with clients and Admin department for replenishment before the cards are completely used up.
  • Ensure technical trainings are conducted for the department twice a month to eliminate any skill gap within the department.
  • Resolve all issues relating to production with the banks; ensuring the delivery of high quality services to customers that will attract a repeat business.
  • Manage all the production software licenses and ensure prompt annual renewal by the IT department.
  • Constant technology research and development.
  • Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Information Security Policy.
  • To observe and obey the clear desk policy.
  • To uphold the rule of non-disclosure and confidentiality of information.
  • To ensure wastes are shredded accordingly.
  • To maintain the password rules.
  • To ensure that proper records of business activities are kept and backup of business files are done regularly.
  • To adhere and comply with all ISP rules as stated therein.

Job Requirements

  • Ride company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties
  • Must observe all HSE driving related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle
  • Report t all matters relating to assigned motorcycle to the responsible manager
  • Responsible for updating the Riders’ Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.
  • Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
  • Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
  • Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of the assigned motorcycle and must properly lock the motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended.
  • Responsible for internal and external mails distribution when necessary.
  • Record information, such as items received and delivered
  • Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries
  • Ensure correct product are dispatched promptly using the motorcycle
  • Effective use of real-time App
  • Maintain daily and accurate collection, remittance, and reconciliation of cash from retail outlets to the supervisor
  • Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, Sales Application, etc)
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possessan SSCE / GCE / NECO qualifications
  • 2 – 3 years work experience.
