Job Description

  • Personal Assistant to Managing Director, General Manager and H.O.P
  • Deliver excellence customer service at all times
  • Deal with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner, on telephone or via email.
  • Liaising with clients as relation to their consignments by attending to queries.
  • Manage inbound and outbound movement of materials from the warehouse
  • Fixing appointment with clients via sms and email
  • Assist in processing of travelling document and itineraries (plan travel, including flights, accommodation and transportation.
  • Draft correspondence seen as emails and letters
  • Bank transfers to serve as redline logistics representative in client organization ( processing of bank transaction)
  • Updating weekly inventory reports
  • Backload list maintenance
  • Writing reports and typing of document
  • Managing, reviewing filling and office system
  • Handling Quotation preparation and commercial analysis on customer request
  • Organizing files and general documentation

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification with 3 – 9 years work experience.
