Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and inquiries at all times and across all channels
  • Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Escalate customer complaints/inquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
  • Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
  • Provide first-level technical support services
  • Monitor and maintain assigned computer systems
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
