Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
  • Process requisition and other business forms, check account balances and approve purchases.
  • Prepare schedules/assist with statutory and regulatory payments.
  • Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
  • Analyze financial data and assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
  • Update financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data.
  • Review existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Keep records and document financial processes.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or in a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working as a finance associate

Job Title: Social Media Associate

Job Description

  • The Social Media Associate will drive innovative and social efforts for brand awareness, engagement and organic growth.
  • To create an emotional bond with stakeholders using all Social media channels and fostering better communication crossfunctionally to meet needs. 

Responsibilities

  • Create content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media
  • Promote products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
  • Schedule social media posts using applications such as Hoot suite and TweetDeck
  • Interact with customers and deal with customers’ inquiries
  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
  • Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and payperclick (PPC) advertising
  • Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
  • Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.

Requirements

About the Role

  • The internal auditor will conduct quarterly and annual audit reviews to highlight all areas of inconsistencies and help resolve process issues, wherever applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
  • Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices.
  • Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls. This will include periodic review and updating of departmental policies and procedures as well.
  • Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan and quarterly limited review.
  • Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
  • Conduct risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
  • Conduct and report findings of planned annual audits and quarterly reviews.

Requirements

  • Degree in Internal Auditing, Financial Accounting, or Financial Management (preferable).
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of work experience in an internal audit environment including Fraud investigation and risk management.
  • Excellent accounting and auditing skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in an IT-enabled environment.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
  • Ability to deal with conflicts and report areas of concern to management.
