Kinsmanex Ltd. offers the following: Ventilation/Extraction installation & maintenance, Air conditioning and refrigeration. Our service package designed to ensure that your equipment operate at maximum efficiency and ensuring that you comply with regulations such as COSHH which state that LEV equipment must be serviced every 6 – 12 months.
Furthermore, our building maintenance packages include the following: full kitchen deep clean, commercial kitchen appliance restoration, ventilation maintenance, canopy, filters, duct work , deep clean and certification with photographic evident of work (pre and post maintenance)

We also offer planned maintenance contracts, a call-out service for repairs and a fault diagnostic services for new customers experiencing problems with existing systems.

Tasks

We are currently looking for a competitive and energetic Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities and achieve our goals. This position involves cold calling new potential clients and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations by increasing revenue and achieving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling
  • Maintain list of potential leads and follow-up by making subsequent sales pitch

*Answer inquiries about services and product specifications

*Understanding clients needs and offering solutions and support

  • Working with sales team when closing sales

*Update sales database daily/weekly

*Prepare reports

Requirements

Skills:

  • Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day
  • Ability to meet targets
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Strong computer skills. including Microsoft office suite

Candidate must be resident in Ikeja environs, Lagos.

Qualifications:

ND Holders

Fresh Graduate who haven’t commenced N.Y.S.C. yet

0-1 year experience in Sales and Phone handling
