Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Coordinateoffice activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create, maintain and update company’s personnel, financial records and databases
- Keep track of office supplies and order replacement when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
