Deliverables

  • Own, hit and exceed annual NSV, Vol, Profitability targets
  • Lead trade & execute strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Drive executional excellence through the implementation of business plans, Trade terms compliance, cycle activation & Category management
  • Manages budget, programs, and promotions to drive sales
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales operations and performance reports
  • Build sales force functional and leadership capability (classroom & field)
  • Ensure the supervision of team members and a clear understanding of their performance objectives and that processes are in place for Development
  • Measures performance across the function
  • Create a talent pipeline for the business through superior recruitment and personal growth and development of employees.
  • Measurement
    • Delivery of NSV, Vol and TP plan target via AOP
    • Growth of strategic partnership.
    • Controls, compliance, and governance via audit reviews
    • Deliver Visibility and Distribution Target as agreed via AOP

Requirements

  • Graduate with a Minimum of 10 years commercial expertise gained across Sales, marketing, People, Teams, and functional leadership
  • Proven sales experience of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ownership mindset
  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering client/customer focused solutions
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • High impact presentation skills
  • High degree of integrity and people management
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Geographically mobile.
  • Ability to negotiate at a senior level with Distributors.
