- Own, hit and exceed annual NSV, Vol, Profitability targets
- Lead trade & execute strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Drive executional excellence through the implementation of business plans, Trade terms compliance, cycle activation & Category management
- Manages budget, programs, and promotions to drive sales
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales operations and performance reports
- Build sales force functional and leadership capability (classroom & field)
- Ensure the supervision of team members and a clear understanding of their performance objectives and that processes are in place for Development
- Measures performance across the function
- Create a talent pipeline for the business through superior recruitment and personal growth and development of employees.
- Delivery of NSV, Vol and TP plan target via AOP
- Growth of strategic partnership.
- Controls, compliance, and governance via audit reviews
- Deliver Visibility and Distribution Target as agreed via AOP
- Graduate with a Minimum of 10 years commercial expertise gained across Sales, marketing, People, Teams, and functional leadership
- Proven sales experience of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ownership mindset
- Demonstrable evidence of delivering client/customer focused solutions
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- High impact presentation skills
- High degree of integrity and people management
- Good inter-personal skills
- Geographically mobile.
- Ability to negotiate at a senior level with Distributors.
