Role Description / Responsibilities
Training Strategy and Plan:
- Overall Plan: Fix company’s yearly training plan according to company’s development demand and training demand survey result;
- Build Course System and Optimize, Training demand analysis: Fix the training demand survey plan and organize the survey according to company business strategy, organization development, and employee performance analysis. (b) Make a plan that will effectively build each level’s course system. Organize important training project R & D work, lead the team to develop each training project, fix each training assessment plan and implement them.
- Trainer Management: (a) Recruitment and arrangement for Trainers: Fix trainer recruitment plan, ensure target achievement. (b) Fix and optimize training system plan: Fix and optimize practical trainer management, motivation plan, push to fix related rules, and follow the concern certification and motivation; (c)Trainer training and development: Fix trainer development plan, follow and finish yearly trainer training. Ensure the pass rate of branch trainers. (d)Create a learning atmosphere and sense of honor atmosphere in the trainer’s team.
- Select and arrange team members and give each training unit clear job responsibility.
- Other Related work within the HR Department

- A minimum of 3 – 10 years work experience.
