Academic Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of B.Sc or HND in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Membership of CIPM or related certification will be an added advantage.
Our preferred candidate should have:
- A strong HR background with at least 2 years of Generalist experience.
- Must have hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Working knowledge on Training and Development.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Sound knowledge of HRIS
- Advance knowledge of excel and other MS office suite.
- The ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
- High organization skill.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly
