Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field
- Should be good at LAN networking & Hardware support
- Should have sound IT knowledge of AD & Installation of IT software on systems
- Should be good at monitoring & troubleshooting IT/network issues
- Good understanding of basic troubleshooting, routing & switching
- Should be reliable, hardworking & disciplined
- Should do good follow up on issues & should have good reporting skills
- CCNA, MCSE or any other relevant network course certified
