- Carry out routine checks on all systems to guide against failures
- Repair and maintain all systems as may be required from time to time at minimal cost and operational interruption
- Verify data entry and processing by the systems
- Managing all company web applications and external server deployment.
- Manage antivirus deployments
- Ensure effective monitoring and updating the software and hardware as necessary on a regular basis
- Manage the company’s corporate website
- Managing the company’s UPS and inverter systems.
- Managing the company’s wireless radio equipment,
- Monitor and maintain the network system, internet and intranet to ensure efficiency of the system
- Manage software development and review the existing software/packages to meet the internal and external reporting requirements of the Company
- Manage user accounts on active directory and company business systems
- Liaise with system users on regular basis to educate and review the operation of the system
- Carry out any other job as may be assigned by Head of IT
- Manage cost-efficiency in providing IT support
- Ensure high internal and external customer satisfaction levels
- Ensure quality delivery of services to internal and external customers
- Ensure average lead time to resolve customer complaints to the customer’s satisfaction are met.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
