Job Overview

  • Winock Solar is seeking an NYSC Corp member that is naturally good at customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations team to make calls to customers as required
  • Maintain a record of communication with customers in the CRM
  • Provide daily reports of customer communication to the Project and Operations Manager

Qualifications

  • This role is only open to NYSC Corp Members
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Experience in customer service is highly advantageous
