Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:

  • Create training contents from scratch which includes research, slides development and advancement.
  • Manage all the learning management system which includes, creating joiners via the e template and forwarding same to the lead for approval, following up with the group learning team to confirm registration of joiners on the platform.
  • Follow up with and existing employees to ensure that all assigned training are complete within the stipulated time.
  • Spool and analyze report via the learning management system and present same for the lead approval.
  • File all training with ITF and follow up with approvals.
  • Support the lead to update the organization talent review report.
  • Raise all PRs for training on ASI and follow up with approvals.
  • Follow up with training vendors in booking open/implant training for employees. Follow up with all regulators on compliance certificates.
  • Manage the engagement platform and drive continuous employee motivation including employer branding efforts.
  • Support the lead on all employee engagement programs e.g. Conversation with the CEO etc.

Education and Experience

  • A First Degree in HR / Management Science related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in learning and development & engagement. Professional certificates in HR will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) & Excel.

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate willbe responsible for supporting our number management and KYC operations, the engineer in this role, will support the end-to-end number management, in the GSM, Enterprise, FTTH, Airtel Money, and other customer domains. Services managed, will include, but not limited to KYC, MNP, DSA, and SIMSWAP.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Monitor the smooth operation of MNP, KYC and ensure the field does not run out of numbers
  • Administer the required applications to ensure optimal availability and service efficiency
  • Support KYC operations.

Job Title: CRM & Billing Ops Engineer

Job Description 

  • Be responsible for supporting our B/OSS stack, and its ancillary tools and utilities.
  • The engineer in this role, will support the end-to-end subscriber lifecycle for postpaid, hybrid, prepaid customers, in the GSM, Enterprise, FTTH, Airtel Money, and other customer domains.
  • Services managed, will include, but not limited to provisioning, CRM, billing, order orchestration, order fulfillment and maintaining the product catalog.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Monitor the smooth operation of the CRM tool, the mediation device, and ancillary applications for interconnect/roaming
  • Administer the applications to ensure optimal availability and service efficiency
  • Monitor and control permissions, privileges, and access rights to the BSS stack.
  • Assist in billing problem analysis and resolution.
  • Lead the bill run/dispatch processes and activities, ensuring prompt delivery of bills to postpaid customers in all categories
  • Monitor incident escalations and QoS delivered by vendors
  • Participate in technical acceptance testing of postpaid billing application patches and upgrades
  • Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the Lead, BSS
  • Engage with internal and external teams in escalation management
  • GSM and non-GSM bill run/dispatch
  • Provision scheduled and ad-hoc reports in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Decription

  • To enhance the awareness of fraud risk in the organization. Conduct investigations in a fair and independent manner. Support compliance to the Code of Conduct by ensuring that all complaints and concerns raised by staff are addressed timely.
  • Obtain understanding of current and emerging fraud risks.
  • Identify areas specifically vulnerable to fraud and actively engage with functional directors, other stake holders and Co-Auditors to implement anti-fraud monitoring and fraud preventive controls.
  • Maintain liaison with law enforcement, regulatory agencies and industry peers on incident specific issues that may require follow-up and criminal trends.
  • Provide support through high quality investigations.
  • Identify root causes leading to instances of impropriety and use the results of investigative matters to identify risk related issues and present lessons learned and recommendations to mitigate those risks.
  • Follow-up with appropriate business leaders and/or departments and ensure close looping of recommendations in the investigation report.
  • Continuous development of Fraud management and Internal Audit teams including peers and partner.
  • Ensure ongoing reassessment of skill sets required and supplement through vacancies or outsourcing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Post graduation with a major in Management / Finance and Accounting,
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience out of which at least 5 years should be in Fraud investigations in Africa.
  • Preferable working experience in the telecommunications industry.
