Videographer

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a reliable and seasoned Videographer who will be responsible for capture, editing and final production of videos and pictures for all company events and activities.
  • The Ideal candidate will bring fresh knowledge of best practices, identify research needs in the technical space roadmap, actively manage and facilitate communications with stakeholders, and be responsible for supporting the ongoing development within the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute the recording of MAX events at the locations
  • Work closely with the team for the support of video shoots and editing
  • Robust step up of production equipments including audio and lighting setups
  • Keep up with the industry trends and practices
  • Should be conversant with computerized tape editing software and equipment
  • Identify all necessary support for productions
  • Should be willing to support other team members with services not necessarily related to video recording and editing
  • Record and post production of videos
  • Ability to capture snippets of film and be able to edit it into a cohesive story
  • Provision of professional insights and advice on the best practice.

What You’ll Need

  • A Degree in Videography or any related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years recording, editing and production experience.
  • Strong listening skills and be a team player to achieve the best results for the team
  • Proficiency with cameras and other video equipments.
  • Commitment, dedication and self motivation.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to get people who normally do not like the cameras to appreciate being in front of one
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Should have a general passion and interest in film recording and video editing
  • Creativity and attention to details.
  • Proficiency with editing softwares.
  • Ability to monitor quality control at every stage of production.

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a reliable and diligent Pipeline Conversion Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring that prospects at the top of the funnel are followed through and helped through all various steps of the champion vacancies process.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively engage prospective drivers to educate them on onboarding process to become champions.
  • Promotion and sale of services and products to prospective drivers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship with prospective drivers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer/driver problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeline.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply team lead with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years work experience in similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Must understand the local dialect of the business territory.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills with experience.
  • He/She should be able to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeric skills
  • Must posses strong methodical approach to complete the assigned task.
  • Attention to details.
