Job Title: Agricultural Quality Control Officer | Location: Yola, Adamawa | Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Making sure agricultural farm produce from our farmers is properly checked and meets all quality and quantity standard according to best practices
  • Creating quality control guidelines for the company
  • Making sure customers key specifications are met
  • Working with logistics and sales team for better customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 5 years work experience
  • Experience in quality control in the Agricultural sector
  • Residing or willing to relocate to Yola, Adamawa state
  • Fluent in English and Hausa languages
  • ISO certified
  • Good communication skills.

Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirements

  • B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field with 1 – 5 years work experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent with CRMS and customer support platforms
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office Programs
  • Experience in Agricultural commodity or farm produce sales.

Salary
N40,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
