  • Responsible for the daily management and training of payment assistant.
  • Manage and coordinate the daily work of team and lead the teamto achieve performance goals.
  • Communicate with teams in HQ and assist to solve problems arisingin the daily operation in time.
  • Other Various assignment directed by the line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Team management experience, Loan recovery experience is Required.
  • Proficient in office software operation, especially the use of Excel formulas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, self-motivated and diligent work ,strong desire to success.

Working Hours:

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) qualification.
  • More than 5 years of experience in product management and launching digital products, familiarity in the fintech or insurtech industry is a plus.
  • Curious mind and ability to adapt to changes in a fast moving environment; strong willingness to go the extra mile and step out of your comfort zone in understanding regional culture and customer behaviours.
  • Good business and data acumen.
  • Able to translate complicated business requirements into product features, help business and external customers to visualise data.
