Job Description
- We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, vacancies, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly assist in handlingcomplaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist in conducting initial orientation to ly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
- Actas the liaison between HRM and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions
- Assistin creating policies, processes and documents
- Perfoming other duties assigned by the company
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent organization ability and strong communication skills.
- Abilityto work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Having HR-related degree is an added advantage.
- Must reside aroundLekki or Ajah.

NOC Support Engineer (Internet Service Provider)
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Overview
- The NOC Support Engineer will be responsible for proactive monitoring of base transceiver stations and IP devices, as well as fiber infrastructure across Ngcoms network, performing first line troubleshooting/fault isolation, resolving where necessary, and escalating to other levels for support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure full compliance with all NOC processes and procedures
- Ensure proper technical documentation of all network events throughout normal/shift cycles or operations
- Monitor network providing update, status and performance of all network components, capacity services etc.
- Identify and provide first-line support on all faults on the network in accordance with the Company’s standard operating procedure for fault escalation and management
- Answer all network support related telephone calls and interface with internal/external customers on operational issues and related network events, using standard operating procedures
- Run daily and weekly management reports on network events and activities as well as tracking escalations and other key performance indicators and ensure all customer SLAs are met.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
Qualification:
- B.Sc / HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the configuration, operations and maintenance of optical fiber SDH and wireless network equipment
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of Ubiquiti or Cambium radio
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Knowledge of DWDM / OTN technology
- Good Knowledge of OLT
- Strong knowledge of PtP / PtMP Microwave technologies
- Knowledge of basic TCP / IP configurations and troubleshooting
- This is a shift based role.

- Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
- Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Must have, at least, S.S.C.E / N.E.C.O / G.C.E qualification.
- At least, 5 years driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
- The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
