Locations: Wuse 2 and Jabi – Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: full time

Job Responsibilities

  • Audit all accounting transactions, statements and budgets
  • Audit accounts payable and receivable
  • Audit all bank payments
  • Audit all vendors payments
  • Audit financial transactions and documents and data confidentiality
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Accounting and other Accounting Certifications
  • At least 4 years working experience as an auditor in a previous Organisation
  • Excellent knowledge of Auditing regulations and procedures
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like the Quickbooks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

  • Manage all accounting transactions, prepare budget and petty cash
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings, Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Incharge of remitting tax and preparing tax returns
  • Manage staff salaries and payments, compensations, benefits and deductions
  • Audit financial transactions and documents and data confidentiality
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Job Schedule:

  • 6 days in a week ( Monday to Friday the alternate Saturday or Sunday).

Job Description

Job Schedule:

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Degree / HND with 5-8 years work experience.
  • Candidate must have proven experience as an HR officer and Administration
  • Candidate must have knowledge in basic HR functions (salary and benefit, recruitment, training and development)
  • Candidate must have outstanding organisational and time management ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision making aptitude, strong ethic, and hardworking.
  • Proficient in MS office and Certification in Human Resources and Management
  • Candidate must be based in Abuja.
