Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: Administrative Officer

Key Summary of the Job

  • Responsible for keeping the office organized and clean
  • Interfacing between clients/visitors and the administrative staff.

Task Complexities:

  • Maintaining the office common areas and equipment
  • Ensuring the office area is clean and well organized at all times
  • Welcoming customers and directing them to the showroom
  • Attending to visitors and notifying the appropriate office of visitor’s presence
  • Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages by ordering new materials as needed
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and delivering letters, messages and packages to the appropriate office

Education & Experience

  • SSCE / OND
  • 1 year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
