Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: Administrative Officer
Key Summary of the Job
- Responsible for keeping the office organized and clean
- Interfacing between clients/visitors and the administrative staff.
Task Complexities:
- Maintaining the office common areas and equipment
- Ensuring the office area is clean and well organized at all times
- Welcoming customers and directing them to the showroom
- Attending to visitors and notifying the appropriate office of visitor’s presence
- Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages by ordering new materials as needed
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and delivering letters, messages and packages to the appropriate office
Education & Experience
- SSCE / OND
- 1 year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
